Upgrade, In-App purchase, or app won’t run?
Please follow this step-by-step procedure:
- Close the app.
- Tap Apps & Notifications.
- Tap App, See all App, or App Info.
- Select Anatomy 3D Atlas → FORCE STOP, then under Storage tap CLEAR CACHE and CLEAR DATA, then UNINSTALL.
- Restart the device.
- Install the app again (if you have purchased In-App, sign in with the account used for the purchase).
- Open the app.
Does the In-App purchase unlock everything?
Yes. It’s a one-time purchase — not a subscription — valid for the life of the app as long as you’re signed in with the same account.
Does my purchase work across platforms?
A purchase on one platform is only valid on devices running that same OS, with the same account. iOS, macOS, Android and Windows are separate apps on separate stores, each with its own licence.
Why isn’t there a full-body scene?
Our models are very detailed and demand significant device resources. We split the body into sections so the app runs smoothly with less memory usage. A full-body mode may arrive for the most performant devices in the future.

Delete the app, restart your device, and install again. Open the app and use the Restore button to reactivate your purchase — find it by tapping any locked-content icon.
Sign in with the Apple account used for the purchase. Purchases made on iOS/iPadOS are not valid on Mac or other platforms.
